Wallets Rural Property Services is headed by Mr. Tim Atkinson a well known and experienced Land Agent and Chartered Surveyor with more than 20 years experience in land and estate agency matters. Tim is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a full member of The Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and a member of the Scottish Agricultural Arbiters Association.

Tim Atkinson joined Wallets on 1st June, 1999 to strengthen and expand the company's areas of expertise in rural matters and to widen Wallets geographical areas of working to include not only South West Scotland but also the central belt of Scotland and Northern England.

The Wallets Rural Property Services team have the experience, knowledge and understanding to help and assist clients and will act with care and integrity to represent the best interests of clients.

Wallets Rural Property Services will work closely with other professional advisors (accountants, architects, bankers, engineers, planning consultants, solicitors etc.) to ensure that Wallets clients get the best advice possible.
