rental value and preparing letting particulars.

package to suit your needs.
- Dealing with
enquiries and arranging viewings for prospective tenants.
- Preparation
of tenancy agreement.
For
this service we charge from £300 plus VAT plus
advertising and out of pocket expenses.
Full
Residential Management Service (individually tailored)
- All elements
of the residential letting service as
outlined above to include
rent collection.

Preparation of inventory of contents.
- Preparation
of Record of Condition.
- Regular
inspections of the property with reports to
the
client.
- Final
property inspection at termination of the lease.
For
this service we would charge an initial set up fee of
£200 plus VAT and 10% of the collected rent plus
advertising and out of pocket expenses.
